Visa Assistance

Visas, demystified and diligently handled.

Whether it's a tourist, student, business or family visa, we guide you through the requirements, prepare your documents and file the application — so the embassy sees your journey clearly.

How we support you

A guided path from enquiry to stamped passport.

Visa rules shift often and vary by nationality, purpose and destination. Our consultants stay current with each embassy's requirements and walk with you through every step — so nothing is left to chance.

01

Eligibility review

We assess your travel purpose and profile against the destination's current visa criteria before you spend a kobo.

02

Document checklist

A tailored list of exactly what to prepare — nothing missing, nothing wasted — for your specific visa category.

03

Application filing

Forms completed and reviewed, supporting documents arranged, and the appointment booked on your behalf where required.

04

Interview prep

For visas that require a biometric or interview appointment, we coach you on what to expect and what to bring.

By destination

Common destination requirements

A snapshot of what the most popular destinations ask for. Rules change often and vary by nationality, so treat this as a starting point — your consultant confirms the exact set before you apply.

What you'll typically need

Document requirements

The list below is a general guide — your consultant will confirm the exact set for your destination and visa category. Don't worry if you're missing something; we'll tell you how to obtain it.

  • Valid passport

At least six months validity beyond your return date, with blank pages.

  • Completed visa form

Accurately filled and signed — we handle this for you.

  • Passport photographs

Recent, on a white background, meeting the embassy's specification.

  • Proof of funds

Bank statements (usually 3–6 months) showing you can support the trip.

  • Travel itinerary

Flight reservation and hotel booking — a held itinerary, not a paid ticket.

  • Invitation / cover letter

Invitation from a host, school or company, plus a cover letter explaining your purpose.

  • Employment or study proof

Letter from your employer or school confirming status and leave.

  • Travel insurance

Valid for the full duration of your stay, where the embassy requires it.

Good to know

We never encourage false documents or misrepresentation — embassies refuse and ban applicants on that basis alone. We work with what's true and help you present it well.
